Delegates staying at the hotel

Guests will be asked their vehicle information upon checking in to their rooms. Once they have provided the information, they will have in and out privileges from the parking area.

No further action is required.

 

Delegates commuting to the hotel

Guests are asked to register their vehicle at the iPad located in the lobby area of the hotel space. You are not required to register your vehicle immediately upon arrival, and can do so at any time during the stay. If a guest decides to leave and return or leave for the day, they must register their vehicle on the iPad. Those who are commuting and parking for 2 days will need to do this on both days of their stay.
